Mark was a guest at the reopening of Eileen Grey’s classic modernist Villa 1027 at Cap Moderne in Monaco.
After decades of neglect, the legendary Irish architect and furniture designer’s seaside home has been meticulously restored. The Irish Ambassador Patricia O’Brien is seen with Mark and Prince Albert of Monaco. Proud of his Irish roots, Prince Albert chaired the restoration committee. At the event, he unveiled a wonderful new bust of Eileen by Vera Klute.
